OUR STORY
Properties With Sellers Group was established in 2023 after a boom in business in 2022. The vision was to make sure clients were able to reserve the best service possible and standardize the home buying/selling process within our control.
Chaka is Active Duty Air Force and licensed contractor as well. His dedication to educating himself on all things real estate related and being a Listing specialist is what keeps people seeking his services. Sylvia is a local businesswoman that loves serving the Sumter community. She brings selfless service, a positive can-do attitude about everything, and negotiation skills. Earl is retired Air Force and is from the Sumter area as well. He's also licensed in Georgia where he has perfected his craft and closes deals on time.
